Hey this is Keith from over at Tulsa Sportbike Riders passing along some info...
* Ride Smart Motorcycle Riding School at Hallett Sept 18 & 19 *
I've been talking to Dave Wonder over at Ride Smart. I let him know
that a lot of people are tapped out right now and with so many other
track days going on people need more of an incentive to sign up for Ride
Smart.
Here's what he's agreed to do:
* If you'd like to come out for either Saturday or Sunday it'll only be
$75. That's down from $100 for a single day.
* Leather rental is also reduced at $25 for the day
All he's asking for is 5 people to sign up to get this deal. It doesn't matter
what town, what forum or what state they all come from. To register just
email me ( keithmartin(at)cox.net ) with the day you want to attend and if
you need leathers and your suit size. Dave will take your money at the
track when you show.
Other event info:
Ty Howard will be in attendance and teaching the Level 3 course. He will also be making visits to the Level 1 & 2 courses as well.
Levels 1, 2 & 3 will be using bike mounted chase cameras to aid the instructors in improving your riding skills
Free camping at Hallett - gate is closed at 10:00pm and reopens at 6:00am
Try and be at the track by 6:30am to get your bike thru tech as early
as possible
Rider's meeting at approximately 7:30am
First group on the track by 8:00am
FYI: Dave said that even if he doesn't get 5 he'll still honor the $75 price for a single day of track and instruction.
