Hey everyone. I made it back from the MS150 ride. It was a fantastic weekend. The weather was perfect for the riders and all the volunteers. We had over 800 riders this year and I think we raised just a little under $500,000! :D
We rode 103 miles to Joplin on day 1 and 62 miles to Pittsburg, KS on day 2. It was tiring, but a ton of fun.
I have some pictures to share with you. Thank Carmi because she was our personal SAG (support and gear) vehicle and she was at all our rest stops waiting for us. It was great!

Notice the little guy. He is 9 and he rode the whole thing. He didn't SAG for even 1 mile. There was another kid doing it that was 7 but I got a picture of him on my disposable camera and I don't have the pics developed yet. Amazing kids.

Day 2 - We had some strong head winds going into Kasas so we formed our drafting line almost all day. Here is a pic of our line. This is around mile 30 on day 2.

Nice Pics. looks like you guys have a good time, not sure how since you started at 6:30AM. So now that you are done, does that mean you will be out riding your MOTORcycle more?

Day 2 - The last rest stop on day 2 is sponsored by McAlister's. See my two water bottles in my hand? They are filled with McAlister's Sweet Tea to get me to the end! Woo Hoo!

Finish Line! This is our group crossing the finish line 165 later. Everyone made it in. We had two girls come in an hour later because one of them wrecked and cut her leg open. She went the ER and got 5 stitches, came back and rode the last mile in. It was awesome!
Thanks again for all your support.

I am Sooo proud of you Tiffany! That is AMAZING to someone like myself, I think that takes soooo much determination and will. It makes me feel proud to know that we have people like yourself that will help fight for these causes and put YOURSELF through so much to make it to the finish line.
And that little kid that did the entire thing, makes you want to cry with pride in someone so little with so much heart.
<sniff, sniff> Ok back to pervert jokes, and motorcycles. :)

Yes, we got a Century Pin for doing the 100 mile ride the first day. The regular route was 88 miles.
Man, I'm tired today though.
