View Full Version : Liquidating - running out of ROOM

Hey guys,

Anyone that has ever been to my house knows there is no room to park in my driveway, and no room to walk in my garage. So, at the request (kick in the nuts) of my wife, I will be getting rid of some stuff, pretty much nearly everything is for sale:

CARS FOR SALE

1988 Honda Accord:
Four door, I have been driving it daily for a year or so. I have replaced nearly everything that could EVER break, new clutch, tranny, distributor/rotor/cap, plugs, breaks, turned rotors, etc. The list goes on and on! Miles?... alot. With all those preventative/corrective maintenance parts, this will run forever! It is a Honda! This is a GREAT car for the money, I will sell for $1150 obo.

1993 Mitsubishi Mirage:
This is a ONE OWNER VEHICLE with all records ect. Recently changed timing belt and water pump so you should be good to go for a while. It is a great college kid car, gets 41 MPG STILL! It is a very pretty "Jamican Blue" color. Runs great, (just don't try to use 4th gear since it is not there) and has new tires on it. Dookie is working on getting me a tranny. It has around 130k if I remember right. Priced $1900 AS IS or $2700 with tranny.

1993 Ford Explorer Sport:
This is a fun Two door. I have babied the thing, I last washed it in March, I have 4 wheeled the hell out of the thing, I have had all 4 tires off the ground at one point, leaks a lil tranny fluid that you just refill at the 1st of every month, I have towed EVERYTHING with this baby, it gets crap for gas mileage (22 MPG at best), it has a few dings and scratches... again I have BABIED this thing! It runs like a champ and is much more reliable than I ever expected from a Ford. Miles is around 150k I think. Seriously one tough SUV for ONLY $2900.

1990 Honda Accord:
This is the WIFES daily driver, she LOVES this car, it is going to be the hardest to let go. It is a four door also, in pretty good shape, and mechanically it is GREAT! Cruizin Max and I just replaced the radiator, and previously we did some more preventive maintenance. This car is amazing with how everything still works good, it is not like an American car where the headliner droops, visors are broken, cruise *sometimes* works, etc BS. If we kept 1 of the 5, it would be this one, so I am pricing it accordingly (no pun intended) at $2700.

1994 Mazda MX6:
This is the Gold car you guys may have seen me drive, it is now becoming my daily driver. Runs real well, short and sporty, you don't see many of these cars, it is a rare and unique find. I have not replaced anything because it has already been serviced and appears to need NOTHING (except you as a driver). This one is a great lil semi-sports car for only $2950.

Trades welcome (ouch, just got kicked again from the wife, she says we would prefer to sell)
I should add, I am needing room, so if you are a cash buyer ready to go, make an offer.

Thanks,

Frank

Both sound fun as hell, but I need to either get a more streetable vehicle for a trade (newer Legend, Camry, etc) or just sell.

Thanks for the offer Dale.

I have a '94 Acura Integra LS I am going to list for $1850 OBO soon. 2 door 5 speed. Lowered with some no-name coil overs. 115k on car and motor, P/O replaced head recently and it has about 72k on it.

This car is rough as far as the body goes. It is all one color (black), but the drivers front fender needs replaced and there is a sizeable dent in the passenger door/quarter panel area. The door and power windows still work fine.

Dookie and I plan to charge the AC tonight. Runs and drives good. Compression tested good, I believe it was : 180-185-185-180 . * If I follow my original plan of fixing the body and repainting it I will list it for $2995 OBO, so if you can do body work or have the hook up, this could be a money maker.

I am in the market for another bike as I just sold my Kat, and I would be interested in trades, or trading + cash for a nice bike.

Just thought I would put it out for trade in this thread or just for someone to see.

No, its an LS. DOHC Non Vtec 1.8L

I have an '01 GSR but its not for sale.....if this were a GSR the B18C1 motor alone would be worth close to 1800. The LS has the B18A/B motor. Still the popular B-series, and a strong car for a 4cyl.

LS = ~140HP
GSR = ~170HP

But you could always pick up a Vtec head for around $400 and run an LS/Vtec set up....with a stock head and stock LS bottom end should be around 160HP. Or just go turbo....thats whats gonna happen if I keep it.

Hmmmm, I prolly need to get RID of my ford instead of picking up another one ;)

Ok, I'll bite, is that the last year of the old bodystyle, or when did they make the change? GT = V8?

94 should be the newer body style. 94 and 95 should have 5.0, 96up have 4.6 Is the Gt a 5spd or auto???

Scuba

It is the newer body style. It does have the 5.0 and its a 5 speed. Power windows and locks. Barely over 100k miles. It really is a great car but I have only driven it a handful of times this year. Its going to waste in my garage.

I used to have one ... make that two ... so I'll answer for Scuba. The '94 is the first year they switched to the new body style. And yes, a GT model does mean it is a V8. I had a '94 Black GT Convertible, 5 spd, leather, etc. It was sweet!

Okay Frank, how about this...

Steve and I will trade our crappy / super:imp dented vehicles for all 5 of your vehicles. You get 2 pimp rides and much needed driveway space and we get a few cars to play around with.

SpeedyCycles

Hmmm, trade all them in for an Aprilia Mille R and you got a DEAL. All my cars for a Mille!

Steve,

I would be down for that, however the Fiddy is my son's. Let's talk how much cash I need on my end to get the deal done, I want the Mustang, I need a ticket.

Seriously, call me.

DONE!! We traded last night, and I think we are both happy in our own ways :)

Is it me, or do I buy too much shiit, lol? Maybe we need to start a new poll... "Does Frank buy too much stuff?" lol

Nope, not done. We traded back 48 hours later, I think Steve may have sold the Mustang to another buyer.

Soooo. The Explorer and the Fiddy I purchased for this transaction are now/still for sale.

Zach said what?!? LMAO. Nope, not for that price. I was thinking of TRADING for his non-running gangsta F3.

Steve, I am still game if you want it. I might just keep it if I don't get what I paid for it.

What are the specifics on the Honda Accord? You know interior, motor, transmission, body damage, etc..... and how much are you wanting for it?
