Thought I would say hello. I bought a blue/white 2002 R6 a few weeks back. I think I've seen a few members riding around Springfield. If there are anymore nice weekends this year, I'd like to tag along for a ride or two.

Glad to have ya aboard Tim! :D I think were all hoping for a couple more good weekends to ride before winter takes hold. Usually somebody posts something about upcoming rides so keep a look out.
We love to see new members join us in our rides but please make sure you not riding over your head. Be safe, take your time, and learn the roads/corners/hazards. Half the reason why we can take them somewhat fast is because we know them so well.
Look forward to seeing you out there with us. Congrats on your first bike!

Thanks for the warning. I've been trying to take it slow. I have too much respect for my bike to act stupid with it.

welcome to the site Tim. I sent you a PM. If you have a good picture of your bike post it and we'll get it resized for your Avatar pic ( the picture that shows under your name) If you can resize pictures it 's 152pix x 152pix....

Welcome Tim! Some of us will still be trying to ride on weekends. There is usually a Sunday ride and then there is a small group that rides on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on days off. Feel free to tag along with us anytime. 125 is one of the popular routes to Bull Shoals Lake. I'm kind of partial to 215 to Stockton since it's got smoother curves and some lake scenery.
