Please hear me one this one because I care about the safety of the mortorist and innocent walking pedestrians where I live. I have recently been in a car wreck on hwy 205 which crosses J hwy for all of you who ride on J. A couple of teenaged boys backed out of their driveway (which is illegal on a hwy, and was cited for it) and in avoiding hitting them I veered off to the right and hit a coldron (which is the end of someones driveway that is basically made of cement so the water can drain through it). Not to mention that I had my six year old with me. We flipped the car going around 55 mph and it landed on it's top. I was coming over a hill and didn't see them in time to slowly stop. My point in this is PLEASE use caution when driving down J hwy or any other farm road because there are ALOT of unexpected things that happen "just like that". Fortunatley, we didn't get hurt. I walked away with broken ribs and nothing happened to my little girl except that she was shaken up. This incident certainly has changed my outlook on driving. I hear some motorcycles go by late at night and I swear it sounds like a **** jet going by. When I hear that it makes me nervous as hell #1. is I am an EMT (who needs her rest) #2. I don't want to have to get up late at night and try to save someone, not knowing who else might be behind them going mach 1 and risking my life (cause I won't) and #3. I don't like seeing young peoples bodies dismembered all over the **** road and having to clean it up. Enjoy the ride. If you want to race, go to Hallet or just hit the Highway. I hope you all understand. No offense to anyone, just be responsible and stay cool!!! It's all good. Thanks.:p

Yes Doug we have ridden by it quite a few times. everytime we run out Sunshine and take J to 164.

When I was with LR I worked a few good wrecks there (uhm, bad for the people involved good from our standpoint, not sure you would understand). Anyway, that it exactly why I don't haul ass down these country roads. Never know what or who is going to fly out in front of you.

Glad to hear that your ok.
