Well it was a little bit of bad timing but Deb the president of the St. Louis chapter was down here for family already ;)

Meeting went well and we officially have a Springfield chapter that I can hopefully get going with the girls in the area!

There are more girls out there than I realized that ride or want to learn to ride but some have not taken the step to start riding on their own yet or just don't have anyone to ride with, so I am hoping to change that soon!!!

This is a first for me so any advice or any suggestions please feel free to post!!

Yes it is a "CHIC" riders deal but they are very much associated with male riders. Two of the groups that the St. Louis chapter run with are Midwest Street Riders and Streefighterz.... not issues with having men involved ;)

It gives the women that ride or the women that want to ride a safe place to not be intimidated by men! Not all women feel comfortable riding with men and due to this they don't ride!! I want to change that stereotype here in this area and get these girls out there and riding!! I want to introduce the women of this area to some of the coolest people in the area that ride, either it be male or female.

We should all come together and not feel like we should be seperated because of our gender!!

there are not enough women riders in this area as far as I am concerned so anything we (men) can do to promote the ladies to ride is a plus in my book.
