nvidia drivers

i have a geforce 4 ti 4200 and i went to download the latest drivers (66.93) and after i instanlled them my computer wont boot past the welcome screen. no error messages the screen just goes black. also world of warcraft keeps freezing and i get errors that say device driver got stuck in an infanite loop check vendor for driver upgrades, but i cant get them to work. blizzard has been zero help, all they say is update drivers and im still waiting for a reply from nvidia. if anyone has any ideas that would be great, i dont know what to do im about to start crying:bawl :(

ok there can be a couple probs

do you have sp2 installed (for xp of course) alot of new drivers are desined to eliminate problem with sp2 if you dont have sp2 it can cause problems

another would be the resulution is set to high for you monitor

either way i suggest you boot into safe mode and remove these harmfull drivers and or lower the resulution that it is set on

either way that will work
