i am looking for a one piece suit that will fit a man who is 5 10 and about 165lbs i do not care about color or brand. or i would like some pants that have a belt so i can snap my icon jacket to it for hallitt.

i tried on a 46 and 48 and the 46 fit just right the 48 was sloppy on me. what size is it?
