I'm trying to make a new exhaust system for my snowmobile, Yamaha APEX 100cc.
I need an old exhaust preferebly from a 1000 cc bike. It needs to be farely thin 3-4"s iff possible.
I can fix the connections and turn down.
Just look at the pics and this is what I'm trying to do.

Chris, I've got several H-D stock exhaust systems - don't know if they're suitable for what you want, but they're free...

OK, I think I have an idea what I need.....
After looking at some modded sleds from a thread I made on totallyamaha.com we've come up with a plan.....
I need a (preferibly rashed) an oval exhaust with an inlet in the 2"-2.5" range
Cheap or free is best for me too! [) LOL.

Got things worked out, Thanks for the swap Ray and that Jardine looks sweet on your Kaway!
Took it today and got things welded up, should've had them turn the outlet 90 degrees cause I had to pull it back off and I'll have to have them do it on Monday but it does sound sweet.
The reason that I have to have it turned down is that it shoots between the two pieces of tunnel and sounds funky, cover it up and it sounds AWESOME! :D:D:D:D

Can you drill the rivets out, turn the outlet 90 degrees and re-rivet?
EDIT Never mind I just noticed it was an oval can.***************
