It turns out, now that the bike is in my possession, that the damage was far greater than the initial estimate. Mike the Bike can attest...the frame is twisted so bad the engine case is being pulled apart.
It'll be a couple months before I settle with the insurance so it's no bike for me for a while :(

it would probably go in circles....not great for a commuter but would be awesome for training a monkey to ride it and do performances.

all you need is a helmet to run at rogersville... last time i was there, there was a guy in shorts and a t-shirt.... :(

only 4 bikes showed friday night. me, an 08 r6, an older yzf 600, and o 03-04 cbr 1000. the guy on the 1krr was wear tennis shoes, t-shirt and jeans. i was the only guy there in full leathers. i will be at mo-kan this weekend

I really want to see what I can run. Sometime when I actually have money, I'll try it. My starts are going to be weak sauce.
The first 2-3 will be........you'll be amazed at how much you improve in one night's session.
