I thought is was real dang funny. I heard a portion of it, and I don't think it was SOoooo bad that he should be Reprimanded for it. IMHO, she over reacted a bit about her kids out of control, I mean really, "I personally cannot physically restrain them, they are as big as me". I guess the mom has no control over her children (prolly thru bad parenting IMHO) and wants to cops to do it. The 911 guys makes a lil joke, and she goes national news with it. Fugging looser mom.

Does anyone have the audio clip?

Yes, the dispatcher should be reprimanded for her comment because that is not how she is supposed to respond.

It is funny as hell though and I would have said the same thing had I answered that call. I bet she is the kind of parent that gave her kids 15 second "time-outs". SPARE THE ROD, SPOIL THE CHILD.
