One thing you might look into is the prices on the online shopping. The Shoei RF-1000 says you have prices ranging from 21.20 to 384.99.

I guess it's because cheek pads for the helmet are listed at 21.20.

That is correct. Unfortunately with the developer there are certain groupings we just have to live with..but hey, if thinking you can get an RF-1000 for $21.20 takes you to it, then success!
