View Full Version : Frame sliders
Have been looking to get some frame sliders. So far i have heard that the offest ones will snap if if ever goes down and the aluminum ones are not the best either. So i have decided on the delrin ones but can't decide on which brand? 00-03 sliders fit on the 05 right?? with out cutting or and offset?
Shogun?.......Look cheap
Pro-tek?...??
Intuitive?........ Expensive
Woodcraft?......Goofy looking
Ebay No Name?...........No Brainer
Suzuki?...OEM??
Bad Boy Racing? Look good....anybody have them?
What do you have on your bike?
Which one to get ?????????

I can vouch for the shoguns. They saved my tank, and the whole right side of my bike for that matter.
What's the one with the built in shock absorber? I thought those were pretty slick! What about a custom small crash cage being built? I think that is about the only thing that will be totally reliable if you go down!

I have a set of Bad Boy frame sliders. I dont know if they work well or do I want to find out. I paid about $55.00 for mine on www.58cycle.com. Here is a picture to give you an idea of what they look like on my bike.

Kinda odd you mentioned those... I was thinking of that brand myself, I like the idea of a solid piece that just a cylinder.

I have used Inuitive more thank any other brand. Most of the other brands I have tried, seem more bittle, they break, snap off, etc. Call Jeff at Intuitive, he is a pretty good guy.
