glass clear

electric blue flat with light texture (so your hands don't slip. Designed for handels and levers. Can be cleared for high gloss

It's a light green. I have never shot it and wagner doesn't make it anymore so no pics on their website. I can shoot you a test pannel when you come over if you want to

Yes, the "base" is a organic plastic that breaks down when not cured. Plus it compacts itself and goes from 7-11 microns to 30-40 microns which means the powder can get blotchy

I know that plastic is an organic compound because it is a hydrocarbon, but I was unaware that plastic actually "breaks down"? I can see how it can settle, but not break down. Time to do some research.... of to scour the interwebz for truth, this may take a bit.

From my limited knowledge of chemistry, I know certain hydrocarbons can break down into simpler hydrocarbons via environmental conditions....maybe that's what's going on here. I know hydrocarbon degradation is often through temperature and what not.

Combustion, yes. But sittin on a shelf at room temp? (70 f)

Plastic made from soy beans man! they rot more or less. Chemical made powder coating lasts 3 years if I remember right, but It's not hardly made anymore because the EPA gave us a green label if we used the soy powder, it's also what has enabled 2000+ powder coating colors.

Oh and if you ever wondered if I would trade something for powder this is an awesome time to ask! BTW I am looking for a powered sub (10in) a center channel speaker for a high end surround sound (will be going with Boston reference series) and some steel to weld up a new powder coating cart (angle iron or square stock)
