I think I broke my email notifications

Had to change my email address a while back and haven't been able to get the forum to successfully send me notifications of replies, messages, etc.

I updated my email address to the correct one, just not getting any mail from the forum.

Am I missing a checkbox somewhere??

Lucas would be the one to contact about that. IIRC I don't think we have an email server associated with the server this one is on which is why it no can't email you.
