doesn't he know that power braking is for rwd cars? LOL while I agree that an srt4 can make decent power the tool in this video just drops the respect level sooooooooo low. What a tool. Oh and the pop and the bent hood are from the head coming off the block. I have seen it too many times!!!! LOL

Yeah, I bet the standard ones make excellent daily drivers, and I won't knock them for that at all...I would drive one if I found a great deal on one -- they're just not sports cars :/

The Mazda Miata would argue that. Neons dominated SCCA for a time.

That's what my thought was too AND the fact my 1990 Chevy Cavalier did a bigger burnout!

Wondered about that myself. Also, destroying the tape immediately might have been in order.

That's what I've wondered. Why do people post this crap?

In this society, being infamous is just as good as being famous.

It may be a Neon, but you have to have respect for pretty much the fastest car under 25K STOCK!!!!!!!

There are no cars out there under $25,000 that will pound one of those little neons??? What does a bare bones V8 mustang or camaro cost? I'm sure they are faster, but they may be over $25,000....

...just wondering....

Im not worried bout power to the wheels, its pound for pound prolly the fastest 1/4 mile car under 25k!

Ian NO a bone stock camaro or Mustang first is NOT under 25k, and NO it will not outrun an SRT/4. Back in my hardcore streetracing days I hated seeing SRTs pull up to the line. Back in mid 2000s plain and simple they ate up what we called "High schoolfast" cars.

Its been out since 2008 but just got the 260 or whatever HP in 09 I believe. Thats not a real long time ago Joey, and it still wont outrun a stock SRT/4.
