IIRC, the earlier "SRT-4's" are open diff, and they changed to a LSD in early 04 but I could be completely off base

I think that was a no-wheel burnout, and homeboy overheated, and subsequently detonated, his clutch.

LMAO! That was great. Freaking neons, lol. The ultimate rice-mobile when attempted to be made into a "sports car." I think the car makes me cringe the most inside of all cars ever made is the SRT-4. It's the epitome of polishing a turd.

Hard-core Dodge guys (like myself) aren't the only ones that have some respect for the SRT-4. They can actually throw down some decent numbers.

That dork in the video, though....pure idiot.

I know!! That's what drives me crazy about them -- they're super capable from a performance aspect. But, the platform is just so, so wrong IMO. I just cannot get into a Neon, at all.

I don't think anyone owns one on here but you do I don't mean to be an ass, it's just my opinion. It's all subjective, and I'm a super negative/cynical automotive critic.

"They're not a neon!!!!" As most of the fanboys say.

they are as much a Neon as the Ford Five Hundred is a Taurus

Actually, after giving the SRT-4 some more thought, I do have a lot of respect for "sleepers" or just basically cars that are not super racey looking but are very fast. In that respect I like it a lot, I dunno, I'm just cynical I guess.

I like the fact that the guy was going to "record an awesome burnout" of his car, but decided that the "good" side of the car, was the side with the busted out window with the plastic taped over the hole...
